AM: What are they?
HM: I don’t know.
AM: What?

AM: Don’t know what?
HM: How do I know, I don’t know it!
AM: What is it you don’t know?
HM: I told you I don’t know.
AM: Do you know what you know?
HM: Of course.
AM: Then it must be that you know what
you don’t know.
HM: No I don’t.
AM: What do you mean?
HM: I don’t know what it is I don’t know,
but I do know that I don’t know it.
AM: They told me this would be a tough assignment,
but this is ridiculous.
HM: What did you say?
AM: Never mind, let’s try again.
AM: Are you ready for this?
HM: Try me.
AM: What you don’t know isn’t.
HM: What are you saying?
AM: I’m saying that all you can think of is all
that there is.
HM: (pause) Are you telling me that anything
I can’t think of isn’t anything?
AM: Now you’re getting it.
